Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website grayhousemedia.lk or engaging GrayHouse Media for any services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

GrayHouse Media provides photography, video production, brand filmmaking, event coverage and related creative services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in individual quotations or service agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

All creative works produced by GrayHouse Media, including photographs, videos, graphics and written content, remain the intellectual property of GrayHouse Media until full payment is received, at which point usage rights are transferred as specified in the service agreement. GrayHouse Media retains the right to use any work produced for portfolio, marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in the quotation or invoice. A non-refundable booking retainer of 50% is typically required to secure a shoot date. GrayHouse Media reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until payment is made in full.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the booking retainer. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

GrayHouse Media's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

6. Force Majeure

GrayHouse Media shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest or technical failures.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
